Parenting

I highly recommend educating yourself on conscious parenting yet I do believe that you are the expert on your own child. We are all doing the best we can with the resources we are aware of or have access to.  When you are calm, nurtured and present, you will be better able to connect to your wise, loving self and respond best to meet your child’s needs in that moment. How you make sense of your upbringing is a significant predictor of your child’s well-being. Parenting is a journey where your children will trigger your insecurities, your worst unhealed self, or they can inspire your brilliance, your best, connected self.
