I believe all negativity (symptoms, tension, conflict, health expressions) are signals to unmet needs and unprocessed stress. As someone who embraces a trust-based paradigm for life, all this chaos gives us more time to do what I already embrace & enjoy. I am glad everyone is slowing down & making time to nurture themselves, and appreciate the beautiful spirits & space they have right in front of them. I hope this time people will pay attention to vital needs and connect to get them met. This is an opportunity to connect, grow, and heal together.
