Healing and growth are like a spiral springing; It might feel like you are going around and round and even falling down all the while you are progressing. We all get triggered and fall back to negative habits and reactions. The aim is to notice when you are getting triggered less often, that there is greater space between the lows, and that you are able to pull your self out faster. When you remember the absolutely lowest time in your life and realize how much better life is now than then, that is progress.
